The mission of this ad-hoc At-Large group is to facilitate the implementation of the recommendations stated in the *ATLAS II Declaration <https://community.icann.org/download/attachments/48338039/ATLAS-II-Declaration-with-appendix-RC9.pdf?version=1&modificationDate=1407420726000&api=v2>*.
