El trabajo ha sido convergido y estoy enviando el informe simultáneamente al grupo de trabajo y a la comunidad de LACRALO.
La forma que presenta el informe en este momento será final si no hay comentarios de Uds. que conlleven modificaciones imprescindibles.
Agradezco a los miembros del grupo de trabajo y al apoyo de "staff" el esfuerzo y apoyo a mi gestión emergente como coordinador activo "de facto" de este trabajo. Espero que nos sirva en LACRALO para avanzar enérgicamente en esta nueva etapa en que al parecer no hay decisiones presupuestales ni elecciones inminentes.
