1.-Asociación de Profesionales de Notarios Públicos del Uruguay \\ (Asociacin De Escribanos DEL URUGUAY) - En espera de Consejos Regionales de LACRALO.
La membresía en la Asociación de Profesionales de la Notario de Uruguay está abierto a los Notarios sólo registradas en Uruguay y no a Usuarios finales de Internet. Con un subcomité de la organización que se ocupa de las cuestiones jurídicas en relación a las TI, la organización es estructurado para apoyar a los usuarios individuales de Internet informó participación en las cuestiones relacionadas con la ICANN y actividades.
Así, el consejo regional no es para acreditar a esta organización como una Estructura At-Large.
2. Associao Nacional para Incluso Digital - ANID
Los miembros de esta organización son las empresas y de servicios de Internet Proveedores y no los usuarios finales.Por otra parte, una revisión de los objetivos de esta organización muestra un énfasis en actividades relacionadas con la desarrollo y capacitación de sus miembros en apoyo de las empresas desarrollo y no a los usuarios particulares de Internet participación en las cuestiones relacionadas con la ICANN y actividades.
Mientras que esta organización podría estar involucrado en otras áreas de la ICANN, el consejo regional no es para acreditar a esta organización como At-Large Estructura.
3. La Asociación Ecuatoriana de Software Libre (DTECH ECUADOR GC TICS TECH)
Hemos revisado la aplicación de la ELA y al mismo tiempo de la organización objetivo no es directamente relacionado con Internet, teniendo en cuenta la inclusión de final usuarios de la organización, y una larga discusión con uno de sus miembros, creemos que su inclusión pueden contribuir mucho a la discusión de temas relacionados con la ICANN y actividades.
AsÃ, el consejo regional es el de acreditar a esta organización como una Estructura At-Large.
