For the second preference candidate: 1 vote was cast for Jacqueline Morris 3 votes cast for Vanda Were Scartezini As Such, for the first preference candidate, an exact tie occurred and no immediate preferential candidate was selected.For the secondary preference candidate, Vanda is Declared the winner Scartezini Given That She received a higher number of votes.
