Agradezco a Fátima antes que nada por su generoso correo. Ahora quiero comentarles algunas cuestiones de las cueles voy a solicitar a la presidencia y secretaría que tomen nota y ejecuten en caso de ser posible.
La experiencia de previa y pos a Costa Rica me hizo ver varias cosas y que no quiero que se repitan en Londres (Como ir a ver volcanes en medio de sesiones o salir a pasear mientras otros miembros trabajan), por lo que solicito formalmente, y acá nuestra región puede destacarse, se cree un registro de asistencias a las reuniones, así mismo se implemente la entrega de un informe final (del ATLAS y de las asistencias durante la semana) por cada representante y se haga un trabajo previo a la reunión por cada una de ellas, antes de llegar a Londres. Todo esto deberá quedar en un registro que será anexado a la información de la organización (Transparencia y rendición de cuentas) es decir que públicamente cualquier persona podrá ver el historial de participación de las asociaciones.
Me ofrezco para poder coordinar este tipo de actividad. Si bien no estaré en Londres, trabajare en conjunto con quien se quiera sumar.
Creo que es hora de que queden registro y que cada organización sea responsable de su trabajo
