Strongly agree with Carlton. The issue of transition is very complex.
 Requires special capacitacin. In my case the difficulties are added  
with the language. When I said I was interested in that group I
 t understand that I probably lacked knowledge for that. Being  
accepted I have tried to do their best, based on people  in the group, 
with more knowledge and experience, surely  will resolve issues in the 
best way. An now I hope as  either. I think that is one way to go 
still. Habrque plan  towards future.
