Fatima, no se ha seguido ningún procedimiento. Lo que hace Vanda es consultar y en varias oportunidades ha brindado su posición con antelación.

Siempre dijiste que la opinión del ALAC Member es individual y no necesariamente debe coincidir con la de la Región.

Lo único que yo pediría es que si desean consultar, lo hagan con mayor antelación, para dar tiempo a que logremos el consenso, y si no coincidimos con la opinión del ALAC Member, podamos hacer notar nuestra posición.

Presidente, Secretaria de LACRALO,

Consulto si se ha seguido algún procedimiento para obtener alguna posición, basada en el consenso, de LACRALO que nos indique a los representantes ante ALAC como emitir los votos sobre este tema.

De lo contrario, por el momento solo tenemos opiniones individuales de representantes de ALS que se han pronunciado a través de esta lista de correo.

Agradezco se informe este asunto a la brevedad ya que queda poco tiempo para el cierre del periodo de votaciones sobre este tema.

En un mensaje previo - que al parecer se fue a una lista experimental operada por Dev - manifesté mi opinión de que en las pruebas piloto que se proponen para los cambios al sistema de uso de datos para el desarrollo de políticas se incorporen formalmente observadores de At Large. Alan Greenberg me ha explicado fuera de listas que no es necesario un acuerdo al respecto ya que los procesos se llevarán a cabo de manera abierta.

Por ello estoy de acuerdo en que votes a favor, y te solicito que quede en la memoria del proceso que LACRALO deberá estar atento a la prueba piloto e invitar a la participación en ésta, considerando deseable que si los miembros de la directiva y representantes ALAC no pueden hacerlo la comunidad deberá asegurarse de que alguien más lo haga e informe.
