In the following months to Nairobi, Community AT-Large, in collaboration with the Administrator of the Project of Improvements AT-Large and other personnel of AT-Large, will execute the following general steps towards the application of Improvements AT-Large: * The creation of a project, including an exact budget (that one will appear to the Committee of Structural Improvements by his meeting of May 2010); * The fortification of the Work groups AT-Large, that will be person in charge of great part of the work in the applicationof the improvements AT-Large, and * The allocation of specific tasks for each application work groups, committees and the pertinent personnel of the ICANN.
