Dear all, I´m very happy, finally we will have a Paraguayan ALS. I know this new organization and specially one of its members, Natalia Enciso, who is a fellowship alumini from ICANN program. She is very hardworking and intelligent and has a lot of expirience in digital law. Welcom Paraguay to LACRALO.
