Dear Harold,
On behalf of the 2025-27 LACRALO Board of Directors, let me thank you for your long and dedicated service as President to this organisation.
I would also be remiss if I did not extend our thanks to my dear brother Sergio. Sir, you have been there since the beginning and have provided yeoman service. We will give thanks in words but realize that words cannot truly express our heartfelt appreciation.
We pledge to continue the tradition of service and look forward to consulting with both of you as we work to further build and evolve the Latin and Caribbean Regional At Large Organisation.
Regards
Lance
