The At-Large Working Group on Operations, Finance and Budget (OFB-WG) would like to develop a series of talking points for consideration by Net Mundial +10. Ideally, these points should reflect the views and disposition of the ALAC and the At Large as a whole.
If there are any LACRALO members who would like to provide some brief input on the OFB-WG document, please send them as a reply to this email. I would also like to ask that all presentations be short and concise.
