Dear Colleagues: As was discussed and clarified on the last LACRALO teleconference, the rules devised by the Summit Planning Committee was that only those ALS who responded to the first survey would be eligible for travel support from ICANN to attend the Summit. Staff has prepared a listing of 1) ALS who processed the first survey 2) ALS who should be receiving travel invitation letters which is attached. Do be so minded.
