Note that this is not a limit for filing date CROPP applications.
The deadline for September 30 is the ONLY outreach plan, which is a date limit by ICANN ICANN CROPP for all AC / OE.
Once this plan is in place before September 30, you can present CROPP requests for events on June 30, 2017.
The only other condition according CROPP, is that applications for CROPP an event it has to be submitted 8 weeks before the event takes cape.
