p.6: remove the second "review" in the sentence: "Anyone is encouraged
to review the proposal and provide --review-- comments and suggestions."

p.7: With "LGR document" you mean the "LGR XML file", right? Then I'd
change it to "The LGR XML file is the normative document."

p.9: Put "Chapter 4" in the beginning of the first sentence, and maybe
add a "the" in front of "LatingGP"? =>
"Chapter 4 describes the work process of the LatinGP."
