      Hi Pitinan,

thanks for pointing out the problems to us.
I agree with your suggestions and Bill's proposal:

1. Remove variant relationship, since 0115 is outside the repertoire.
2. Fix as suggested.
3. Agreed to just leave it in Section 6.5.7 Acute and Grave
4. Remove second line. (I guess at some point there was a typo from 0119
to 0019 and then it got copied since it's different from the correct line).
