In the main document, there were both "IDNA2008" and "IDNA 2008", but most of the latter. I have change from the former to the latter except in a quote. I have done the same with "IDNA2003". In the text there was a reference to [IDNA 2008] but nothing in the reference list. I haver there added references to both [IDNA 2003] and [IDNA 2008]. In the text I have added one sentence to be able to have a reference to [IDNA 2003]. All changes are done as proposals.
