Dear Mirjana, Many thanks for re-initiating the discussion on Principles, for which had extensive discussion at Istanbul. We are not back from Eid celebrations and holidays. I am attaching updated version, based on discussion. I would request all GP members to go through it and finalize, especially 2.3 (in the updated document), I have tried to incorporate conclusions of discussion but opinion from linguistic members is very important before finalization of out principles, especially from Mats and Meikal.
