Dear Chokri, Thank you for your input. The group agreed that the Strategic Objectives and Strategic Goals will remain the same as shown in the ICANN FY26-FY30 Strategic Plan. Of course, some SOs and SGs may not fit into our regional context, and thus can be dropped. The shared Gdrive document shows some of our regional work against each and every Strategy. How different are these from what you suggest in your email below? I would like just to clarify my comment about the objective OS2 2.1.1 Improve institutional agility and adaptability 'What we are going to improve is: the The Institution Scope(Structural and/Or Operational) and Mission or the Institution staff capacity or Both(In Five years Terms!)? Is more or less a question in order to identify what we are looking to make more AGIL: If we are looking to make our ICANN ME structures more AGIL, which are mainly workgroups, technical task forces, and ALs, we need to act on their charter and scope mission by, for example, recommending the adoption of AGIL practices in their different activities. If we are targeting community members rather than structures, we have to improve community capacity for example by developing capacity-building programs for the community members to improve their agility and adaptability. Dear Fahd, Thank you for your response. As I have mentioned previously I think that the ICANN Strategic Plan adopts an adaptive approach, consequently we have to assess our community (Working Groups, ME space , Force Tasks, regional plan lists, MEAC-SIG, DNS FORUM) activities(including charter) to ensure their compliance with this approach. To do yes we have to focus on strategic Objectives 2 as our friends have agreed(I made some Inputs in the Staregie DOC <https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gL-D_CrcPX1-K2Vja-cZn4A6HzbR2y3GncNz...> ), Additionally work on the *Strategic Objective 3 : **Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to evolve the Internet’s unique Identifier systems*(UA activities and associated tasks ) and to check whether our outreaching activities and interactions with internet ecosystems ,we are adopting the same approach(I also added some comments ) will be . improve our activities on Objective Strategic 3 ,in my Opinion, is also crucial since it's dealing with technical aspects of the ICANN particularly the L-ROOT(That may be reviewed and reinforced in our regions), and the interaction local and regional IT operators (who are playing also the main role of registry in our region , based on the last ME DNS study) .
