Of course, we will not comment on the 400 pages of the report, but will focus on parts of it. 2 aspects were mentioned: · IDN applications · Applicant support The focus will then be put on the IDN applications and the Applicant Support only. The new timeline is now the following taking into consideration that we will be fully involved in the ICANN 70 virtual meeting (22_25 March) during which we won’t be able to work on the statement: 09/3 Call for volunteers for the drafting team (6 days) 15/3 Drafting team formation & starting of the statement drafting (7 days) 22/3 First draft put for comments (7 days after the closure of ICANN 70) 05/4 Drafting the updated statement according to the comments received (3 days) 08/4 Posting of the final draft that will be discussed in the ME Space session at ICANN 70 This is a call for volunteers to draft the statement.
