Thank you, Abdulmonem, I appreciate your call. The hot topics to be discussed may include the Charter, the FY26–30 Regional Plan, and the New gTLD Program. In addition, I would like to suggest two further topics for ICANN84: 1. *DNS Security and Resilience in the Middle East* – addressing vulnerabilities exposed by recent cyberattacks and submarine cable cuts, and exploring how DNSSEC deployment, KINDNS adoption, L-Root expansion, and capacity-building initiatives can help mitigate these risks. 2. *Future of Hosting ICANN Meetings in the Middle East* – reflecting on the loss from relocating ICANN84 from Muscat to Dublin, and discussing how to amplify regional voices and strengthen the case for future regional hosting to ensure inclusivity and meaningful participation.
