Ron I can’t speak for everyone, but I can assure you that a LOT of people get little or no funding from ICANN and that a lot of us do spend our own money I’m not sure what your point is? If Bernie Sanders raises taxes do you think the conference culture will still be able to afford their traveling as evidence of progress scheme?
Since ICANN is a non-profit that pays no federal taxes, this question makes little sense. R's, John
