This list is meant for issues specific to NARALO, North American At-Large, and ICANN policy to be proposed and debated, within this forum and within this context. It is not a surrogate for the necessary (and global) engagement between registrars and Internet end-users.
The tolerance here for divergent views and lively debate is extremely high. The tolerance for out-of-scope debate is quite a bit lower. And the tolerance for personal attack is lower still. Enough said.
