I would like to take this opportunity to welcome North America's newest At-Large Structure, the Pacific Network Community Association and Bev Collins, PCNA's representative to ICANN. Bev, I hope you'll find this mailing list useful in both bringing you up to speed on ICANN issues (if you're not there already) as well as providing a well-read forum for your views and contributions.
