Thanks for forwarding this. I too am confused by this announcement. I could be mistaken, but I don't believe that Web405, the ALS in which I am member, was notified. I also recollect that we had agreed to save our NARALO formation funding for the in-person ICANN meetings, starting with Puerto Rico, on the theory that our time and energy could be more effective when we are with the rest of the ICANN community.
