Colleagues, I picked one of the ten suggestions I made for the 2011-2014 StratPlan and used the FY12 SO-AC Services Template.xls as an exercise. See the attachment. Comments please. Eric P.S. I see that the 2009 request was hurried too. Is this a standard failing we can fix?
