Last month was largely overshadowed by the New gTLDs Community Objection process. For better or worse, the At-Large part appears to be over.
Sorry, but not quite. One phase... evaluating objections and giving RALO and ALAC approval to some... is done. Next phases - At-Large negotiations with applicants under objection, and potentially arguing in support of objections in front of arbitration - have yet to begin. I interject here because the next phases will require volunteers, especially from amongst those who support the objections.
