I am astounded to discover that the ALAC has been in receipt of an ICANN Staff issues report on domain monetization (dated 18 August 2006) and has done absolutely nothing to progress the issue in a proper manner. If this is an example of what the ALAC brings to the table with respect to policy development activities, then why should any of us rely on the ALAC?
