BestRegistrar.com and CORE are accredited registrars with the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers ("ICANN") under an agreement with ICANN ("ICANN Agreement")." ... and yet we all know that bestregistrar.com's accreditation was terminated on 4 March 08. Question: Is CORE accountable for the misrepresentations made by their reseller?
