Ross, as a registrar representative in the GNSO Council, you previously fielded a motion that all contractual provisions regarding WHOIS be eliminated, on the basis that a consensus WHOIS policy has not been achieved to date. May we ask what position the registrars constituency is now taking vis-a-vis WHOIS in the current negotiations dealing with revisions to the RAA?
