My working assumption is that only a handful of us will be there in person, so I would like to find some time together that will allow remote participation to the greatest extent possible.
Nick, can you let us know what times might be available? I was thinking about Tuesday, October 30th, 10:00am-12noon PST. Would we have time and space and conferencing facilities available then? I don't want to schedule more than two hours, and I'd like to use a morning slot if at all possible as I don't want to require those joining us from the east coast to do so in their evening.
