Evan: Will it be posible to post ALAC comments to this document as well or at least point to where they are located? -ed On Thu, Aug 27, 2009 at 12:39 AM, Evan Leibovitch <evan@telly.org> wrote:
Hello fellow NARALOers (or is that NARALOites)
Hey, we have our own tools at our disposal to correct this.
I've just converted the Guide into a wiki document at
https://st.icann.org/naralo/index.cgi?draft_naralo_guide_to_tlds
Anyone with editing privileges is welcome to make their own changes. Those without privs can request it if you plan to make a lot of edits. Otherwise, you can either mail the suggested changes to Darlene or me, or leave a *signed* comment at the bottom of the page.
No sane edit will be refused, so long as it's accurate and not wildly inconsistent with other components of the document.
Think of the collaborative effort that built Wikipedia, applied to a core ICANN document. We'd be doing everyone a service; and each person could edit as much or as little as they like... fix a sentence or rewrite an entire section.
There doesn't even have to be a fixed 'publication' date... this can be a living document that can be repeatedly revised as facts and circumstances change.
What do you think?
