This is the RFP for a review of the ccNSO, a process that is carried out regularly for all ICANN bodies. In the minutes of the Board Structural Improvements Committee (SIC), it has been mentioned regularly going back to February 2009, and a decision was taken at the beginning of June (prior to Sydney) for staff to provide information to Board to seek formal approval of the ccNSO review working group members.
