Hi Garth, not liking what I am saying and trying to shut me up? Surprising, coming from you who are always assuming just that from anyone daring to contradict you.
I noticed my recent response to Volker was blocked, but his emails still come through on the list. As far as I can tell Volker is neither in North America nor is he part of At-Large.
