[NA-Discuss] Registration Abuse Policy working group final report

There's a public comment period until March 28. May I suggest that Garth Bruen consider taking a lead to help NA (and ALAC) consider a comment and response? I was marginally in the group for a while, but due to its duration I have participated very little of late. There's a lot of interesting work in the report.
