Um, IMHO, the headline did exactly what it is supposed to do; draw attention. That aside, looking at the three (3) mutually-reinforcing criteria that was used to evaluate data accuracy against the results and even with a relaxation of the 3rd criteria, you still ended up having more than half of the records inaccurate. I can see how one could reasonably "rubbish" - a Britishism - the majority of the records.
