There are quite a few instances in the ALAC statement that require staff to do something they insist can't be done. Categories, differential pricing and eliminating the DRSP, amongst others. Perhaps the answer is different staff that is not quite so limited. In the meantime, let's first see if there's even interest in principle about any of the "impossible" things we're asking for before sinking substantial volunteer time into the details. - Evan
