Hi I too express concern about the lack of action items for the At Large or user constituencies. As ICANN mentioned various times during the sessions they aim to demonstrate with " Transparency" the following: "Global engagement and increased international participation" Since ICANN Is a 501C and "crows' the virtue of public engagement, it behooves me that they are not practicing what they speak I can see the " Public" comments becoming a selective channel of communication ie. Registrars only which is not public but more a special interest group lobby for shaping ICANN direction and deliverables. As we saw during the ECRIME Sessions and especially at Garth's and Rudi's session the bias is obvious. Regards Glenn
