It is for those reasons why we are working to draw up new metrics and new requirements for all ALSes. Until these are passed the old system is still in place. For all those interested in improving the metrics and what should be the basic requirements to become an ALS I encourage everyone to join this committee that is working to restructure what it means to be an ALS. This Task Force could use some NARALO members as only Glenn McKnight is on this task force. Nathalie Peregrine has completed the due Diligence of this application and so we are seeking regional advice. I have attached this application to you for your review. I would appreciate it everyone could review this document and send me any comments or thoughts on this new ALS by June 17. When you write me, please state the ALS you are representing and if you support or oppose the addition of the North Carolina ISOC chapter to become an ALS in NARALO. I look forward to hearing from you.
