I would ask the Secretariat to contact the ALAC chair to determine whether the required resignations have been tendered or whether we are advised to begin a recall procedure.

I have already been in contact with the ALAC Chair on this specific issue, and will provide followup when available. As Beau's one-year term ends at this time, a resignation/recall process is not really applicable for him in my opinion. - Evan
