Actually, in the case of NARALO we require the acceptance of the nomination by September 6 so that we may hold our own vote to determine regional preference amongst those nominated. There is no specific NARALO requirement for further documentation; however, it is highly recommended that candidates provide such background information before the voting starts Sep 7.
