Thank you for the reply. We are interested in getting a diverse group of people to apply. These include low income women from parts of Washington, DC who have used the internet to create income generating efforts on sites like Etsy. We believe their voices are as valid as those of technically savvy non minority persons, in keeping with ICANN's supposed mission., It may take a little longer than 2 hours to get them to move, however, which is why I feel this late note simply serves to advantage those who are already well represented in ICANN.
