Many thanks Glenn and Judith, I believe we are all accountable to the community and so some of the responses by my colleagues are apt with some of their responses which shows that lots of work is been done in the background. As membership Chair, It is very important to connect with members who are stakeholders for growth. Engaging with other stakeholders and varied interests within the ICANN community to understand the work that NPOC does with the view of serving as a more vocal voice of reasoning and logic during engagements with other communities within and beyond ICANN. In my membership Chair role, I have organized a couple of webinars and sessions for NPOC members. Additionally, the bedrock of the GNSO which NPOC is part of is the policy and public comments for the Not-for-Profit Orgs. I have participated in a couple of draft public comments <https://community.icann.org/display/gnsononcomstake/Public+Comments+-+2023> used to engage within the NCSG and NPOC. As part of these efforts, I have tried to stimulate interest of our members while communicating with members by calling their attention to public comments that they can participate in and contribute to. More importantly, I actively engage in Working groups. Like they say, if you are absent, you cannot contribute. Some of those working groups include the CIP-CCWG <https://community.icann.org/display/CIP/Continuous+Improvement+Program+Home>and more recently the Pilot Holistic <https://community.icann.org/display/atrt/Review+Team+Application%2C+Nominati...> which I just recently volunteered for. While there is more on the policy side mentioned above, I have provided shadow advice to some of my colleagues during the drafting of their statement which they all are the authors in their own right. I believe that is team role-playing. During my tenure as the previous Communication Chair, I have had the privilege of working with the Executive Team and the NPOC community to achieve some notable accomplishments. We successfully revamped our website, ensuring a user-friendly experience and mobile responsiveness. We also implemented a regular newsletter to keep our members informed. These achievements were made possible through the dedication and collaboration of our team. The current website has been updated by our current Communications chair was developed during my term as communications chair where I took the lead in the active development of the website. In my current term as Membership Chair, we have seen rapid growth in our membership across different regions and strata. As you are aware, it is rather more difficult to recruit members in the Not-For-Profit space especially if their focus is not on Internet Governance or DNS-related As Outreach and Engagement Coordinator, I am committed to building upon our progress and achieving even greater heights within the ICANN community. It is crucial for NPOC to have a strong and vibrant engaged membership base, and I believe in connecting with stakeholders and fostering understanding of NPOC's work. I aim to serve as a vocal voice of reason and logic during engagements with other communities within and beyond ICANN. These experiences have reinforced my belief in the power of bottom-up consensus and the importance of member engagement. I believe my colleagues have done justice to some of the question and we appreciate the feedback and questions asked to engage us. Hi Glenn & Judith,
I will try to answer both questions together from my perspective.
In the past year, NPOC has led three out of four public comments <https://community.icann.org/display/gnsononcomstake/Public+Comments+-+2024> submitted by the NCSG so far in 2024. The Applicant Support Program (ASP) Handbook review and the Draft Registry Support Program (RSP) handbook review are two major comments where I served as pen-holder on behalf of NPOC and we made a quite credible stance for the Non-commercial interest in both documents.
I personally also represented NCSG as alternate for the TPR working group and also representing NPOC currently on the SPIRT charted drafting team.
There are a couple more initiatives that we have led individually as NPOC leaders, but I’ll leave the floor to my colleagues to share their additional points from their individual perspectives too.
Best regards, Bolu.

Hi Glenn, thanks for starting it off. I have a couple of questions for both the Policy Coordinator but also to the entire executive committee.
During the past year, what policy issues, including governance issues have NPOC commented on in the past year? Please state and if possible provide a link to these comments. Also what policy issues and or ICANN governance issues has NPOC contributed to the NCSG policy comments?
How have you appraised the NPOC community about ICANN Policy, Governance, operational, including the multi stakeholder model, about these issues coming through the pipeline so that they could help you develop policy comments.
Thanks
