*Expectations of the Selected Candidate:*
- *Active Participation:* For the selected candidate, attendance at all NCSG, NPOC, and GNSO Council meetings will be mandatory. - *Outreach and Other Responsibilities:* The EC may delegate outreach and other responsibilities to the attendee during the event.
*Deadline:*
The submission form will be open until Monday, 07 April 2025, 23:59 UTC.
*Selection Process and Post-CROP Requirements:*
- *Notification:* The EC will notify the successful candidate as soon as deliberations are concluded. - *CROP Trip Proposal:* The successful candidate *MUST* complete the CROP Trip Proposal by 18 April 2025 or will be unable to travel to ICANN83. - *Post-CROP Report:* The successful CROP candidate will provide the EC with a standard CROP report, including all meetings attended. They will also be required to write a blog post sharing their experiences and how they contributed to NPOC outreach engagement. This report and blog post are due no later than a week after the meeting concludes. - *CROP Travel Assessment Form:* The successful candidate will be expected to complete the CROP Travel Assessment Form to evaluate the achievement of their expectations and goals.
