Again, the last I checked before Jean made this new implementation which is making things difficult for me to update, the password reset can be pointed to info@npoc. Meanwhile, if you are so much concerned about "things being made difficult", I shall remind you that the original vault ( Vault.TheIOFoundation.org) was available months ago and you resisted the onboarding by neglecting the very clear instructions that were given. I remember requesting you twice to register and verify your access. Yet you didn't. You could have had access to all platforms right after ICANN81, the very minute the new terms started.
