Hello all, We would like to recap the tools we will use this term. It is important that you all feel comfortable using these platforms and services to collaborate. ICANN Learn ICANN Learn will be your place to connect with one another, as well as where your asynchronous learning will be located. Step 1: Log into your ICANN Learn account Step 2: You will see three rectangles below the banner. The rectangle on the far right says “Collaborations Activity”. Inside this rectangle you will see “Policy Development Accelerator Workshop 1”. Click “Policy Development Accelerator Workshop 1”. Note, there is a scrolling banner directing you to do the same. Step 3: You will then land in the Workshop 1 Collaboration. On the right side of your screen you will see “Related Courses”. These are the courses that you must complete asynchronously before our April meeting. When you click on the name of the course, you will be taken directly to it. Please complete courses found in this box, even if you have previously reviewed them. From this page you can also post messages on the board and engage with one another. Step 4: After our April meeting, this Collaboration will close and we will open “Policy Development Accelerator Workshop 2” where you will find the next batch of courses to review in preparation for our May meeting. Please note, you will continue to have access to previous Collaborations after they close. Google Jamboard Thank you for your willingness to practice using a new tool on our last call. Based on the outputs observed, we’ve made the decision to utilize Google’s Jamboard instead of this new tool. For this term, we will use Jamboard for live collaboration. In order for your active contributions on our next call, you will need a Google account. If you don’t already have one, please ensure you obtain a Google account in advance of our 30 April meeting. If you are not familiar with Jamboard and would like to practice, please let us know. 24 March Session Recording The session recording is posted here: https://community.icann.org/x/IgCkEg Please note there is no need to review minutes 30:19 - 42:17 of the recording as that is where we worked with the tool that will not be used moving forward. As always, please reach out to us if you have any questions. We look forward to seeing you on 30 April where we will workshop skills around unconscious bias and collaboration.
