The latest version on the Wiki is v10, but that does not seem to incorporate the last set of agreed upon changes. Also, I note two additional errors: 1. Under Mission & Scope in the paragraph on the limited scope proposal, the phrase "by the ICANN organization" should be deleted. ICANN Organization now means just staff, and in fact, I was the prime author (working with Margie). 2. The version of the proposal pointed to in the ToR and in the RDS Review Guidance document is incorrect. The final version is v4-4-11.16 and is attached to this e-mail (it corrects a critical typo).
