[RDS-WHOIS2-RT] Updated draft - Subgroup 4 Consumer Trust

Hi team, Attached in an updated draft of the Consumer Trust subgroup section. Erika is still confirming edits made at her request, but here is a summary of changes: 1) Retrofitted edits made by Erika in Google Docs to Word template. 2) Applied edits from call #37 action item. 3) Inserted a replacement sentence under "Recommendations" indicating that no recommendations were found to be necesssary at this time. 4) Inserted the agreement reached at F2F#3 in the list of agreements (see in-line comment and corresponding redlined text). Erika to provide the list of the URLs considered when examining Reseller web pages, to be inserted before this section is re-incorporated into the draft review report. Regards, Lisa
