[RDS-WHOIS2-RT] Question for Lili

Lili, on page 8 of https://docs.google.com/document/d/1chwFH3xDdVJgoxE-osDlRcbKPKK35iUk2AK3c42g..., in section labelled 5 you say the high number of errors going to 1stor further notice implies registrars are not validating in breach of agreement. Is this the case. I would have thought the vast majority were registrations that pre-date the requirement to validate. Am I missing something? Alan
