      I second the nomination of Jean-Michel Becar. I don't have Bob's years of
knowledge of Jean-Michel Becar in Japan, but I do have years of knowledge
of ETSI and its luminaries and gophers. If Jean-Michel wants the work, my
vote is to give it to him.
