Has icann sent out a note to all registrars about the new budget? I do believe each time icann does something which impacts registrars they do send out a note to all registrars. In this case I seem not to have recvd any note from icann officially mentioning anything about a new budget which increases my cost by $19000 If ICANN sends this note out, it would also be prudent for them to mention the salient points inside the email stating the fee increase, as well as request them to comment on this in the public forum. This would allow Registrars to digest this information and post their comments appropriately.
